We're thrilled to have you as part of the Epoxy Cool Roof System (ECRS) affiliate family.

Here's a snapshot into the commission details.

As our Affiliate Outside Representative (AOR), you're in for some exciting perks and here's a recap:

++ Earn when you bring in qualified leads, set up meetings, or when ECRS gets installed. Sounds good, right?

++ After the client's payment clears (usually within 7 to 15 days), your commission is locked in and on its way.

++ Your commissions are calculated from the total gross sale amount and once the deal with your referred lead successfully closes.

A quick note: for now our main sales territory is in the USA, so it'd be great if you could focus your efforts here.

Here's how the commission rates play out:

++ Pass along a qualified phone lead to the inside sales manager and it closes - you earn a 5% commission.

++ Make and pass along a qualified personal introduction to the inside sales manager and it closes - you're looking at a 7%.

++ Or, you do one of the above and if you're part of the client meeting that leads to a successful deal - that's 8% for you.

++ And a cherry on top: your referrals won't ever expire. If a property owner owns multiple properties in different areas and they install ERCS - you get a 6% commission.

CREATE YOUR AFFILIATE CODE & CHOOSE YOUR PAYMENT METHOD

Just like the title says, here you'll create your unique five (5) character alpha-numeric Affiliate Code and tell us how you would like to be paid.

To create your unique five (5) character alpha-numeric code - you choose a mix of letters and numbers totaling five (5) characters. This will be your Affiliate Code from here on.

You'll use your Affiliate Code as part of your email signature when you email or speak with your ECRS support team.

Your email signature will look something like this.

You can get a copy of the logo in the 'Graphics & Creatives' folder.

If you're not sure how to create an email signature - let us know; we'll be glad to help.

INFO TIME...

When you earn a commission, we'll either mail you a check, send it to your PayPal account or you can have it directly deposited into your bank account.

To avoid payment hiccups - when you enter your preferred payment information MAKE SURE YOU ENTER YOUR INFORMATION CORRECTLY. The last thing we want is for your commissions go missing!
